Romli Nur Hidayat, S.E.

Starting his career in 2011 in human resources and organizational development across major mining companies in Kalimantan, Romli Nur Hidayat has dedicated over a decade to empowering Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Cooperatives across Yogyakarta Province. As a Business Consultant at PLUT KUMKM DIY — a government-backed business development center under Dinas Koperasi dan UKM DIY — he has provided structured consultation, training, and capacity-building programs to hundreds of UMKM and Cooperatives throughout the region.
A certified professional holding six BNSP competency certifications — including Cooperative Consultant, Cooperative Facilitator, Supervisor Instructor, and Digital Marketing — he is recognized as a trusted advisor, trainer, and resource person by government institutions and external organizations alike. His contributions as part of the PLUT DIY team were recognized at the national level, with PLUT KUMKM DIY earning the title of 2nd Best PLUT Nationally at the Provincial Level from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia.
Beyond government programs, Romli actively consults on business digitalization, e-commerce strategy, and AI tool adoption for UMKM — bridging the gap between traditional business practices and the demands of the modern digital economy.
