Heira is an experienced cooperator with a demonstrated history of working in the think tanks industry. With 25+ years of experience, Heira has fostered a strong expertise collaborating closely with numerous cooperatives and MSMEs across Indonesia. Throughout her extensive experience, she has liaised with a lot of stakeholders, including the local Cooperatives Agency, Social Enterprise, International Development Agencies (e.g. World Bank, International Labour Organization, Agriterra, International Cooperative Alliance (ICA)) and the Government of Indonesia (e.g. Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Ministry of Agriculture), all focused on empowering local cooperatives and MSMEs across the nation.

Furthermore, Heira’s stakeholders management skills are strongly demonstrated through her collaboration with local stakeholders, including community leaders to raise awareness about the importance of this program for all people. She organized community dialogues, workshops, and training sessions to foster understanding and support for gender equity and social inclusion.

She also brings a gender and social inclusiveness perspective in engaging with the stakeholders. For instance, she was involved in an extensive field research and consultations with diverse community members as part of the comprehensive gender analysis.
